Tickets

Private support channels per member.

Tickets create a private text channel under a Tickets category for the member who opened it. Staff with Manage Channels can claim or close them.

Command	Description
,ticket	Shows the ticket menu.
,ticket new	Opens a new ticket.
,ticket close [#channel]	Closes the current ticket (or the channel you specify). The ticket owner or any staff can close it.
,ticket claim [#channel]	Staff only — marks the ticket as being handled by you.
