Create, delete, rename channels and configure logging.

Channel commands

All channel commands require Manage Channels.

Command	Description
,channel create <name>	Creates a text channel. Add --category <name> to put it inside a category.
,channel delete <name>	Deletes a channel by name.
,channel rename <old> <new>	Renames a channel.

Logs

Command	Description
,logs channel <#channel>	Enables logging in a channel. Run without a channel to clear it.
,logs settings	Shows current log settings.
,logs disable	Disables logs.
