# Giveaways

> Run timed giveaways with multiple winners and requirements.

Giveaways are reaction-based. Members react with 🎉 to enter, and Luster rolls the winners when time runs out. Most commands require **Manage Messages**.

## Hosting

| Command                                                                            | Description                                        |
| ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| `,giveaway start <#channel> <prize> <duration> [--winners N] [--requirement text]` | Starts a giveaway. Duration uses `s/m/h/d`.        |
| `,giveaway roll <message_link>`                                                    | Force-ends a giveaway and rolls winners now.       |
| `,giveaway end <message_link>`                                                     | Ends a giveaway immediately and announces winners. |
| `,giveaway editduration <message_link> <new_duration>`                             | Reschedules an active giveaway.                    |
| `,giveaway edithost <user> <message_link>`                                         | Changes the visible host.                          |
| `,giveaway list`                                                                   | Lists active giveaways.                            |

## Restrictions

| Command                                     | Description                                                   |

| `,giveaway kick <user/role> <message_link>` | Removes a user or role from a single giveaway.                |
| `,giveaway levelist <message_link>`         | Lists everyone kicked from a giveaway.                        |
| `,giveaway ban <user/role>`                 | Bans a user or role from every future giveaway in the server. |
| `,giveaway bans`                            | Lists giveaway bans.                                          |
| `,giveaway unban <user/role>`               | Unbans a user or role.                                        |
