# Economy Overview

> Banking, daily rewards, jobs, crimes and more.

Luster's economy is a full simulation: wallets, banks with capacity, jobs with XP, crimes that can succeed or fail, tools that wear out, and protection items that block robberies.

Everyone starts with 5,000 coins. Bank interest is paid daily on whatever you've deposited.

## Balance & banking

| Command                          | Description                                                          |
| -------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `,bal` / `,balance [user]`       | Shows wallet, bank, and total.                                       |
| `,wallet [user]`                 | Shows just the wallet.                                               |
| `,bank [user]`                   | Shows the bank balance and capacity.                                 |
| `,deposit <amount or all>`       | Deposits coins.                                                      |
| `,withdraw <amount or all>`      | Withdraws coins.                                                     |
| `,depall`                        | Deposits your entire wallet.                                         |
| `,withall`                       | Withdraws the entire bank.                                           |
| `,pay <user> <amount>`           | Sends coins to another user. Transactions over 100,000 are taxed 5%. |
| `,give <user> <item> [quantity]` | Gifts items from your inventory.                                     |
| `,inventory` / `,inv [user]`     | Shows your inventory.                                                |

## Daily rewards

| Command    | Description                                       |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| `,daily`   | 500–1,500 coins plus a streak bonus (up to +500). |
| `,weekly`  | 5,000–15,000 coins.                               |
| `,monthly` | 25,000–75,000 coins.                              |

## Job & crime

| Command   | Description                                                     |
| --------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `,work`   | Random job for 50–800 coins + XP. 15 min cooldown.              |
| `,crime`  | Bigger payout, but a chance of losing coins. 30 min cooldown.   |
| `,slut`   | Risky job with several outcomes. 20 min cooldown.               |
| `,search` | Search a location and find coins or rare items. 5 min cooldown. |
| `,beg`    | Tiny payout. 30 sec cooldown.                                   |
